  • Foundation of Athon Energia S.A.
  • Signing of the first distributed generation (DG) plant lease contract.
  • First fundraising round – BRL 30 million.
  • First project acquisition (5.15 MWp).

2018

  • Strategic OM partnership with Siemens.
  • Private placement (BRL 30MM);
  • Energization of the first plant (5.15 MWp).
  • Launch of Athon Tech.

2019

  • Establishment of the Board of Directors.
  • First Brazilian issuance of Green Debentures – BRL 40 million by Athon.
  • Expansion of DG client base into the utilities and retail sectors.
  • Launch of social projects involving communities around the MG plant.

2020

  • Certification of Green Projects – NINT.
  • PowerRev managing 5,000 consumption units.
  • Issuance of various debt instruments: ING, ABC, and BBM.
  • Establishment of Athon Comercializadora.

2021

  • Foundation of Athon Capital.
  • Launch of Athon Fund – Fundraising of BRL 100 million.
  • Athon 2.0 – New phase of business model: establishment of new units.
  • Over 100 employees
  • Structuring of Marketing and Engagement departments.

2022

  • Rebranding project for Athon Energia.
  • Increase in installed capacity of Athon’s own projects by approximately 37 MWp

2023

  • Acquisition of fund FIP – Development by Athon Fund.
  • Addition of 195 MWp of greenfield solar projects.
  • Issuance of Preferred Shares (AZ Quest).
  • Follow-on of FIP-IE Energia.
